The goal
Meditate 10 minutes a day by the end of the quarter
Make it yours: change the highlighted parts, the numbers and the wording. In Ascanti the dates are set from the quarter you start in.
How you'll know you got there
Meditating 10 minutes on most days for a month.
Why this works
Meditation helps most when it's regular, not long. Starting with a few minutes a day, attached to something you already do (after your morning coffee, before opening the laptop), makes it easy to keep. This plan grows the time gradually and keeps a simple streak, so missing a day doesn't mean starting over.
A note of care: Meditation isn't a substitute for treatment. If you're struggling with your mental health, talk to a doctor or a mental health professional.
Milestones
One checkpoint for each month of the quarter.
- Month 1Started: 3 minutes a day, right after a habit I already have
- Month 2Growing: 5 minutes a day on most days
- Month 3Habit: 10 minutes a day, most days, for a month
Key results
Numbers you can check at any point to see whether you're on track.

- Longest streak: 21 days
