The goal
Sleep at least 7 hours on most nights by the end of the quarter
Make it yours: change the highlighted parts, the numbers and the wording. In Ascanti the dates are set from the quarter you start in.
How you'll know you got there
7 or more hours on at least 5 nights a week, and waking up rested.
Why this works
Better sleep usually comes from a few unexciting basics done consistently: a steady wake-up time, a wind-down routine, less screen time and caffeine late in the day, and a dark, cool room. This plan changes one thing at a time and tracks how you feel, not just the hours.
A note of care: If you have ongoing trouble sleeping, snore heavily or feel very tired during the day, talk to a doctor.
Milestones

- Month 1Baseline: a fixed wake-up time and two weeks of sleep tracked
- Month 2Wind-down: a screen-free routine before bed on most nights
- Month 3Steady: 7 or more hours on 5 nights a week for a month
